Prices include VAT. Hospital charges (registration, tests, medicine, admission) are paid by you directly to the hospital at face value — we never mark them up. Service fee is settled after you confirm.
How it works
- Tell us what you need — pick a hospital and a service, or just call us. We reply within minutes during 07:00–22:00 (China time).
- We confirm the details — patient name, contact number, hospital, department, date/time and pickup address. You receive a confirmation message.
- We meet you — your companion meets you at the hospital entrance or your hotel, and stays with you until the visit is complete.
Good to know for international visitors
- Documents: passport, Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan permits and foreign ID cards are all accepted for registration at most Shanghai hospitals.
- Phone: we can reach you on an international number (WhatsApp / WeChat / phone).
- Payment: WeChat Pay and Alipay accept many foreign cards. Cash is also accepted at the hospital. Our service fee can be paid by WeChat/Alipay transfer or cash.
- Language: our companions speak Mandarin; we use translation tools for English communication and can prepare key questions in advance. For complex consultations we recommend a hospital international department.
- International departments: hospitals such as Huashan, Ruijin and Shanghai United Family have international/foreigner clinics with English-speaking staff — tell us and we will plan around them.
